Joe "Yoshe" Friedman began his weight training career at 13 years old. With the help of some of the phys education teachers, he developed a passion for training. As he learned more about training, he also grew a deep interest with human anatomy and physiology. At the age of 15, he met his first coach and entered into a teen class at a local show. At 132lbs soaking wet, he placed 2nd (out of 2)...but was hooked.
It is through health and fitness that Yoshe has fostered a love of all things anatomy, physiology, and health optimization. In 2010 he graduated from Temple University with a B.S. in Kinesiology. Currently he is pursuing a Doctor of Chiropractic at Palmer College of Chiropractic West.
Yoshe has a special interest in prehab, rehab, motor patterning, and mobility programming--specifically for bodybuilders, strongmen, and powerlifters. He believes that movement is life, and life is movement--so we should all learn to move better.
