 We've worked with thousands of athletes all over the globe helping them reach their competition goals

We pride ourselves on helping our athletes achieve their goals. We work hard to continuously and consistently move you towards being the athlete you want to be. In order to best achieve this, we only work with individuals who take their goals seriously. During your time with RISE, we will match you with a coach who will work hard to equip you with the knowledge and guidance needed to achieve your goals.

You are an individual with your own unique goals and aspirations. We will treat you as such. Everything we offer is customized to you; training programs, nutrition recommendations, cardio, etc. Our coaches take a thorough assessment and design your plan based on your given goals. We do not hand out generic programs or one-size-fits-all meal plans.

Clients are expected to do regular weekly check-ins that include progress pictures and your weight/macro chart that will be provided to you. Consistency is key. We give you all the tools you need, but it is up to you to use them.

At RISE Athletic Performance, you have the option of the following:

  • Training program with special attention paid to all relevant variables including but not limited to exercise selection, sets, reps, tempo, rest periods, periodization etc. Each program is deigned to be 4-8 weeks long.
  • Cardio Recommendations The least amount of cardio will be used to achieve the desired result. It will be programmed into your training as needed.
  • Nutrition Everything you need to know including macro guidelines, percentage breakdown per meal, foods list, and supplementation recommendation.
