When does the challenge start and end?
The challenge starts October 27th and runs for 30 days, ending right before Thanksgiving. Registration closes October 23rd.
What if I can't work out at a gym?
No problem! We provide both home and gym workout options. All home workouts can be done with minimal equipment.
How much time do I need to commit daily?
Workouts are 30-45 minutes, 4-5 times per week. Meal prep and planning add about 1-2 hours per week. Everything is designed to fit busy schedules.
What if I have dietary restrictions?
Our nutrition plans are completely customizable. We work with all dietary restrictions including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and more.
How do I win the $500 prize?
Winners are selected based on overall transformation including weight loss, progress photos, and consistency with the program. One male and one female winner will be chosen.
